Morane-Saulnier M.S.50C

Ranskalaisen ylätasoisen ja kaksipaikkaisen Morane-Saulnier M.S.50 -koulukoneen ensilento tapahtui vuonna 1924. Kone oli yksi viimeisistä koneista, joka varustettiin pyörivällä tähtimoottorilla. Suomen Ilmailuvoimat hankki vuonna 1925 kuusi Morane-Saulnier M.S.50C -konetta. Konetta käytettiin harjoituskoneena vuoteen 1932 saakka.

Lentokone on ainoa säilynyt konetyyppinsä edustaja maailmassa.

Kone kuuluu Suomen Ilmavoimamuseon kokoelmiin mutta on varastoituna. Kone on entisöity.

The maiden flight of the French high-wing Morane-Saulnier M.S.50 biblane was in 1924. It was one of the last aircraft types to use a rotary engine. Finnish Air Force bought five Morane-Saulniers in 1925. Morane-Saulniers were used to training purposes until 1932.

The aircraft is the only surviving example of the type in the world.
