PIK-7 Harakka II (H-57)

Petroskoista vuonna 1941 löydetyn neuvostoliittolaisen Antonov US-3-liitokoneen pohjalta suunniteltiin ja rakennettiin Jämin ilmailukerholla rakenteeltaan yksinkertainen alkeisliitokone Harakka I:n prototyyppi talvella 1944-1945. Harakka I -koneita rakennettiin 28 kpl, parannettua Harakka II -konetta 25 kpl ja Harakka III:sta rakennettiin prototyyppi. Konetyyppi oli käytössä vuoteen 1964.

H-57 oli käytössä aluksi Inkeroisten Ilmailukerholla, josta se siirtyi Karhulan Ilmailukerhon Lentomuseoon, jossa sen kunnostus alkoi vuonna 1999.

The Jämi Flying Club designed and built a prototype of structurally simple basic glider Harakka I during the winter 1944-1945 by using an Soviet Antonov US-3 glider found at Petroskoi in 1941 as a basis. In all, 28 Harakka Is as well as 25 enhanced Harakka IIs and a prototype of the Harakka III were built. The aircraft type was used until 1964.

H-57 was used first in the Inkeroinen Flying Club. Later it was handed over to the Flying Museum of the Karhula Flying Club. The restoration project started in 1999.
