Sinituote Oy VL Myrsky II -entisöintiprojektin toiseksi päätukijaksi | Sinituote Oy will be the second main sponsor of the VL Myrsky II restoration project06.03.2018 Tänään 6.3.2018 Ilmavoimien täyttäessä 100 vuotta on Sinituote Oy toimitusjohtaja Ilkka Brotheruksen välityksellä ilmoittanut tukevansa VL Myrsky II -entisöintiprojektia merkittävällä rahasummalla. Today when Finnish Air Force became 100 years old, CEO Ilkka Brotherus informed that Sinituote Oy will donate a significant sum of money for the VL Myrsky II restoration project. Therefore Sinituote Oy will be the second main sponsor of the project. Sinituote Oy like to support this fine project but also honour celebrating Finnish Air Force and the history of the Finnish aircraft design and building as a part of Finnish know-how. Father of Mr Ilkka Brotherus, Mr Johannes Brotherus, was a pilot in the Reconnaissance Squadron 16 and flew with VL Myrsky during the last weeks of the Continuation War. He graduated to Master of Science in aircraft engineering after WWII and worked in the Valmet Aviation Industry in Kuorevesi and Tampere. Chairman of the Aviation Museum Society and Project Leader of the VL Myrsky II restoration project, may give additional information about the donation. Reino Myllymäki |
